I am extremely happy and grateful to Juan Arias. He is an excellent attorney, passionate, thorough, determined, very responsive, communicative and very detailed. I never imagined I would be in a situation where I needed counsel from a family law professional. But there I was, in need of a lawyer that could help me protect my children from their father. When I met Juan, I had recently reported my husband to the authorities for harming our children. I knew I wa...nted to protect my children, but other than knowing I didn’t want their father in their lives, I didn’t know how to proceed. Juan was recommended to me by an acquaintance. He worked to expedite the process (which considering it took place amidst the Covid-19 pandemic still moved relatively quickly through the courts), within five months our case was complete and closed in our favor). With Juan's help and support I gained the confidence to make the right legal decisions to protect my children (in the short and long term). During this time, I found Juan to be intelligent, empathetic, supportive, ahead of the issues that we would eventually face in court, and very understanding. He was honest, transparent, thorough, and is very good at cutting through all of the noise (emotional distress and pain, etc.) to help you see the best solution for your loved ones. Juan helped me address my legal needs at the moment, but consistently worked to ensure our work had long lasting effects.
