While on vacation in the United States I was involved in an accident while a passenger in my friends car. George was successful in recovering payment of my hospital and medical expenses incurred in the United States and in Taiwan where I under went spinal surgery as a result of the accident. After s...ecuring payment of all of our medical expenses George also was successful in settling my claim for uninsured motorist benefits. This case was complicated by the fact that I was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the rear end collision but despite this fact George recovered policy limits on the uninsured motorist claim.
