Excellent, affordable, and FAST

I have used Vivian Rodriguez twice: first for an uncontested divorce and second for an agreed relocation out of state with my son. In both cases, I was blown away by how fast she works! My divorce and the court order for relocation both were finalized faster than I thought possible. Her rates are ...reasonable, and she is very knowledgeable about the law. I 100% recommend Vivian Rodriguez to help with uncontested family matters. She will get results for you FAST.

Review

Vivian helped me with several issues related to timeshare and other issues related to our child. She is honest, strong willed and gets to the job done in a timely matter.

Poor

This attorney knows family law! She does not or care to help you. She was hired to resolve my issues, and was able to meet my ex-wife half way with her demands for me to visit my sons (she was not willing to agree to anything but what she wanted). Vivian is very straight forward, and provided me with... no solutions to other issues with child support. She is not reliable, and is difficult to deal with. I would not hire her again! So not worth it.

Amazing divorce attorney

This attorney knows family law! She is a great advisor, and really put me at ease regarding my concerns about signing a custody agreement. She was able to resolve my issues, and was able to meet my ex husband half way with his demands (he was not willing to agree to anything but what he wanted). She ...is very straight forward, and provided me with solutions to issues with communication I was having with the ex. She is honest, responds in a timely manner, and is delightful to deal with. I would hire her again in a heart beat! So worth it.
