Prya Murad

Ms. Murad is the epitome of professionalism. From the beginning to the very end she responded to every question asked, every request was fulfilled, and explained what had to be accomplished. She responds within the day and attempted to put both client and concerned family at ease. At times she had to... work with three or four different offices at the same time, and managed to maintain calm and professional. I could not have asked for a better public defender to represent my loved one.

I met Ms. Murad through the public defenders office. I am a case manager with a local organization (The Lords Place). I would admit initially I had very little confidence in a PD. She proved me wrong. Ms. Murad is one of the most respectful, gifted, caring and attorney’s that I have EVER had to deal... with. She was always concerned about her clients. She didn’t just let the chips fall. She made things happen in spite of who the person was. She is what I call an Angel in disguise! Whoever retains her as an attorney, has the best thing since sliced bread, as my grandfather would say! I would recommend her to any one! She is awesome! If I didn’t believe or know this, I would not type lies to the readers!

I want to tell you how scared I was with a recent felony case. I've been in trouble with the law numerous of times, mostly when I was younger and I only was able to afford a paid lawyer twice but I've had plenty of public defenders and I felt as if they looked at me as another case number not a perso...n and I know a lot of people felt the same way. That was until I was going through a tough time in my life which resulted in several felony charges. I went to court and they gave me a Lawyer name Prya Murad. The first thing I thought was: I'm another case number again Lord please see me through this. Maybe this time he wasn't just seeing me through but send me an angel. She didn't see as a case she saw me as a person and that's rare. She fought my case tooth and nail everything that I wanted to have done with my case she did it. She called me updated me on everything about my case when she told me something she did it as if she was my Angel. The day of my plea hearing, the judge in case didn't want to want to accept the plea. I can remember her coming back up the hallway. As she passed me she said I'm going to fix it a few minutes later she came back out of the courtroom and said it's done. At that moment I realized that every public defender was not the same. She wasn't just a Blessing she was a Boss. I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for this beautiful lady. I will forever be in debt to her. I can never thank her enough for what she did for me she was light in a really dark place and I just want her to know that she deserves the world. She is a real super woman and I appreciate and honor her for being honest, trustworthy, dependable, and reliable but most of being my Angel.
