My primary practice experience is in removal defense and family based petitions. Removal defense includes litigation before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and, on ocassion, the District Court and Court of Appeals. My practice involving family based petitions includes adjustment of status and consular process.

My primary practice experience in family law is in uncontested divorces. On ocassion I've also handled matters regarding child support.
