Paul Seth Leinoff

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paul Leinoff, both as an attorney and as a human being. Apparently, it isn’t often that one can say that they not only liked their attorney throughout and after the whole process, but also developed an admiration for their desire to seek justice and truth i...n a very sad and dark area of the law. In fact, Paul is a light in that dark arena. Paul came into my case a couple of years after my divorce and the retirement of the attorney who had crafted my MSA, and he never missed a beat. He is intuitive, honest and just. Paul deeply cared about me and what I was experiencing both personally and legally. Although we never met in person until the day of mediation because I am out of state, he developed a level of comfort and confidence in our professional relationship by phone and email, patiently allowing me to share my personal/family pain, my financial needs and limitations, as well as my legal needs. Paul clearly explained the law and helped me to set expectations and understand possible outcomes. After our first conversations, Paul was immediately able to discern the personalities with which he was dealing and knew how things needed to be handled. In negotiations, it appeared to be a David and Goliath situation, only because my financial limitations allowed for just Paul to be in my room. I cannot emphasize enough the well-placed confidence I had in Paul that day. Although the other side had the appearance of a big army, I had Paul. And that was all I needed. His deft use of the law and mastery of negotiation, as well as his banner of protection over me as his client allowed us to “win” the day, if one can say that anyone actually “wins” in divorce. From all the stories that I have heard, from all the people who have suffered through difficult divorces, I can with all confidence recommend Paul Leinoff.
