Trustworthy and Precise
Jonathan David represented me in a very complicated real estate deal where there was a lot to lose. He did endless work on my behalf, kept in contact constantly and ended up helping me immensely and we won. He also answered endless questions and emails I sent him and never once put me off or acted l...

AWESOME LAWYER !
Jonathan worked on three cases representing me over the last four years, he resolved all three to my satisfaction. Two of them were real estate disputes with major banks and an HOA. He is probably one of the most professional lawyers I have ever met. He follows through, texts, emails, calls and keeps...

Poor excuse for a Lawyer.
I hired this lawyer to represent me in a real estate case. The evidence in the case was lobsided in his favor and he still manage to lose. Through out the whole trial, he opposed me rather than defend me. In the end I was the one who defended myself.
I can say confidently that I have never "opposed" a client, but there are times when my advice to a client is to settle his/her case, where the facts (or evidence) of the case are not strong enough, or if the cost of litigating through trial is too great. I honestly do not know who posted this review, or if it is legitimate, but if, in fact it is a client who claims his/her case was "lost," then it can only be one of two former clients, both of whom had foreclosure cases with serious defense problems (such as the client first coming to me after final judgment had already been entered. The vast majority of my clients are happy with my work and results -- I make sure of that -- and my mortgage modification success rate is high. For cases where a modification is not possible, I am usually able to keep clients in their homes for years, post-foreclosure filing.
"Over the past ten years I have had the privilege of representing clients who have suffered personal, property, and financial injuries, including wrongful death throughout the State of Florida. A number of my cases have required probate estates and guardianships to be established. Time and time again Jonathan David has been my go-to guy for all of my clients' probate needs. Jonathan has a profound knowledge of the law and the procedural issues involved in probate matters. He is also extremely efficient at navigating through the probate process, which can vary significantly in each jurisdiction. My clients have always praised his level-headed and unassuming approach to their representation. Jonathan is easy to get along with and goes above and beyond the call to make sure the client is informed and their interests are well represented. If you have any probate needs, then the best choice for prompt and competent representation at a reasonable hourly rate is Jonathan David."
"I endorse this lawyer. Johnathan is a brilliant attorney with a heart. You can tell that he really cares for his clients and their families. I strongly suggest that you give him a call if you need an attorney."
