Christian Edward Fong

Christian Fong is a Miami native and founder of the Law Office of Christian Fong, P.A. Christian has worked with a diverse set of clients, including individuals, entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized companies, as well as large corporations. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, commercial, entertainment, and intellectual property matters, representing clients at all stages of their business.

Prior to starting the Law Office of Christian Fong, P.A., Christian worked as a corporate attorney serving as in-house counsel to an international, Fortune 1000, publicly-traded company in the retail and e-commerce industry. While corporate counsel, Christian was responsible for advising the executive team on a variety of business and legal matters involving corporate and commercial transactions, contract negotiation and drafting, legal and regulatory compliance issues, as well as managing the company's intellectual property portfolio. In addition, Christian was responsible for handling a wide range of business and legal disputes related to all aspects of the business, including claims of contract breach, intellectual property infringement, labor and employment violations, and other related litigation matters.

Christian holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, FL, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL.
