Sarai Bryant Stewart

   Bryant Stewart provides comprehensive legal services for businesses of all sizes, families, and individuals. Our Principal Attorney, Sarai Bryant Stewart, has more than a decade of legal and business experience in the area of immigration. She received her J.D. from Florida A&M University ("FAMU") College of Law in 2005, and her B.A. in English from the University of Florida in 2000.

    In addition to her extensive experience in overseeing large multinational accounts, including Fortune 50 companies, Attorney Stewart has worked with families, students, investors, professionals and skilled workers.  She has handled all types of nonimmigrant visas (H,L,E,O,TN,K,P) as well as PERM (Labor Certification), immigrant visas (a/k/a “green cards”), global mobility issues, I-9 compliance, waivers and consular processing cases.

    Prior to establishing Bryant Stewart, P.A., Attorney Stewart served as Senior Counsel for Carlton Fields Jorden Burt in Miami, FL.  She has also worked as a Senior Associate for Ogletree, Deakins in Raleigh, North Carolina and as a Managing Attorney for Egan, LLP in Toronto, Ontario.  Attorney Stewart first became involved full time with immigration when she accepted a position with Microsoft Corporation in 2005, in Redmond, WA.  In 2004, Attorney Stewart interned with the Department of State's Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor.

Attorney Stewart is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, dade county bar association and Washington State Bar Association. Her leadership roles include: founder/president of the Hispanic American Law Students Association at FAMU College of Law, co-founder/vice president of the Women’s Law Caucus at FAMU College of Law, United Way Center for Financial Stability Committee Member and Vice Chair of the Nuisance and Abatement Board of the Orlando City Council.   She is fluent in Spanish.
