He did not fulfill his role
Mr. Okoshken drew up an important contract for me, designed to guarantee my shared ownership in an apartment. Fourteen years later, when my ownership was challenged, Mr. Okoshken refused to represent me and defend the contract he wrote. Consequently, I lost the litigation...and the apartment.
