I started working with Miguel in November 2020, and from the first moment he was always very transparent and realistic, he never confirmed something that was not under his control. My process took longer than usual because of the pandemic, but he was always on my side throughout all the process: alwa...ys answering my doubts and emails, and trying to give me patience because of the longer response times. In addition, he always gave me good advices for my RFEs, and was always very specific in what he told me. I never felt he left my case on the side or anything like that, on the contrary, he was always present, eventhough sometimes I had no information from USCIS for a long time; he was always supporting and helping me! After a long and very supportive process, my green card was approved! Miguel did and amazing job!! I truly recommend him!!
