ABOUT JONATHAN H. PARKER: Jonathan H. Parker is a lawyer whose practice is diverse. Presently he focuses on Estate Planing, Wills, Trusts, and Probate, as well as business issues. He has been admitted to the Florida Bar, the New Jersey Bar, and Hawaii Bar. Parker established the law firm of Parker & Maloney in 1991. He is an entrepreneur having been a licensed financial advisor, travel professional and GNC franchise owner/operator. He has been quoted in USA Today, The New York Post and The Miami Herald and has held a multitude of public speaking engagements. He hosted a radio show called “The Lawmen Show” aired weekly in Miami. Parker created a dating/cooking television reality program. He has worked for Wachovia Securities, UBS PaineWebber, and Prudential Securities. He earned a BS in Mathematics, with a minor in Computer Science from Tulane University. He earned his JD from the University of Miami School of Law. Parker has served on the Boards of Directors for many charitable organizations. He is currently past President of the Rotary Club of Miami. Parker has lived full time in Miami/Fort Laudedale for 37 years, and part time in Jersey City and Honolulu.
