Kimberly Albanes Ginsburg

Kimberly Ginsburg is a commercial real estate attorney who focuses her practice on

assisting lenders, buyers, sellers, developers, investors, owners, managers and others

with all types of commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Ginsburg is well-versed in acquisition, disposition, negotiation and preparation of

the full range of commercial real estate agreements including, without limitation,

construction and development agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and

commercial real estate loan documentation.

In addition, Ms. Ginsburg conducts land use and zoning due diligence, and obtains

development permitting and entitlements for various types of development projects.

She also handles distressed asset management and resolution of code enforcement

issues, and represents owners and operators of commercial real property in landlord tenant

disputes, in addition to the negotiation and preparation of commercial leases.
