Inside man

Dan Weiss puts his experience working inside of city government to work for private citizens who are property owners. I've consulted him a few times and he always as all the right questions and the law at the tip of his tongue.

Exceptional, exceptional--results achieved each time!!

I have hired Dan several times over the past 10 years and obtained positive results each time we worked together. More specifically, I engaged Dan's services, to address real estate tax matters whereby, in my opinion, the appraiser's assessment of my real estate taxes were over-stated for various re...asons. Each time I hired Dan, he achieved the results that we were hoping to obtained. For anyone having an issue regarding "over-stated" real estate taxes, Dan will provide open and candid advice. From my experience, Dan will pursue a case only if he believes that the client's desired outcome is achievable. I have found Dad to be trustworthy and highly knowledgeable.

Outstanding Attorney: Mr. Daniel A. Weiss

Mr. Weiss worked extremely hard to assist my son and I in resolving some erroneous and false information given to the tax assessors office. This false information would have led to my son's family and my husband and I being homeless. You cannot use any lawyer for property rights issues. It took me ...a year and I saw Mr. Weiss name where he helped another family successfully. I said " I am calling Daniel Weiss. Also my son and I learned so much on this issue of homestead exemption and the importance of having a SMART and COMPETENT attorney on your side. If city, county and government are not nice call Weiss. Thank you Attorney Weiss for the help along with your wonderful staff.

Very impressed. Great results on Property Tax Appeals et al.

I hired Daniel Weiss to handle property tax appeals for five properties. In addition, he has provided advice on several other real estate matters. He did a fantastic job. He is very organized and he is very smart. I attended several hearings and I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and ...on how politely and effectively he dealt with everyone else involved in the process. His results were superlative. I would definitely recommend Daniel Weiss.
