Alan Palma

Palma Legal Services is a boutique litigation law firm based in Miami Beach, Florida.  Palma Legal Services primarily represents individuals and companies in civil disputes with property insurance carriers, financial institutions, debt collectors, and other businesses. 

Alan Palma is the principal and owner of Palma Legal Services.  Mr. Palma grew up in Long Island, New York, as the son of two hard working immigrants.  He graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington D.C. in 1997, and later earned his Juris Doctors, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008. 

Upon graduation, Mr. Palma represented clients who were victims of foreclosure, unlawful debt collection, and consumer protection violations. Subsequently, Mr. Palma litigated complex commercial litigation matters, and insurance property disputes on behalf of over thirty different property insurance carriers in Florida.

Mr. Palma actively volunteers in the community through the Miami Jewish Federation, the Tribe, the Cuban American Bar Association’s Immigration Coalition, the Miami Rescue Mission, and the Chapman Partnership.  He is an avid traveler, fitness guru, mountain climber, and nature enthusiast.
