It was one day of May at 1:45 pm 1998, 2 detectives Stopped me, they asked me for an ID, i gave it, after 10 minutes they ask me to follow then to a "Office", for some question (i did) The Interrogation started around 2:15 and they stop it 8:30 pm Just to lock me up, (I'm sorry by my Ignorance), bu...t months later, i learn that back then-1998-, interrogations can't last more than 3 hours with out defense Attorney) or something like that, forgot..=) On my point of view, i can tell that Is Too rare to find a Detective or police to do things "100%" by the Book, always something isn't right according some procedures (law). After the interrogation and accusing me of something that "i didn't know", they told me "that have a right to call an attorney" ....(?!).....as a complete ignorant i was accused of a 2 criminal Charges that I didn't !! to make the story Short i called many attorney in Miami area,But they where asking Big Buck$, because "the severity of the case's". On the First day on Court i was Charged with 2 Felonies (1st & 2nd degree) I Get out of court room, with my head down,Scared, with no idea what to do, and and Suddenly i saw this young Tall energetic Guy at front of me, (in that moment i tough: this guy he dress like an attorney, but is too young to be an attorney, and if is too young then he may doesn't have Experience..But may be he is Cheap !!!...) I said : Hi, Are you an attorney? with strong voice and talking with authority He said : Yes, I'm Gennaro Cariglio,..What happen? I Told him the The Whole history, but also i told him that i was short of money.... Money it's always a Big Deal, But At that time for this Young attorney it wasn't a big deal on first place, Because he was "hunger to win criminal cases" Whatsoever.. he offer me a small down payment and some payment arrangement that suit my need. But from that Moment On i felt that everything start to come in place..and Most Important : i gain the Peace of Mind. Note: My First Request for this attorney was: " I want no Records whatsoever" (ji ji ji) 15 Months Later : I was NOLLE PROS, By State Attorney, No Records, and Judge Closed the 2 Cases.. I Highly Recommend Gennaro Cariglio to any one that need a Defense on Criminal matters. Unfortunately The Most Correct Person, can be falsely accused, and be charged as a criminal, trust me, it happening Everyday.
