Johanny Uzcategui is a dual-qualified lawyer in Venezuela and the United States. She earned her law degree from Rafael Belloso Chacin University in Maracaibo, Venezuela in 2001. In 2004, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, where she later obtained a Master's in Business Administration.
Johanny has been a member of Impreabogado of Venezuela since 2001 and is also a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. Currently, she serves as a co-founding partner of Gomez & Uzcategui, focusing exclusively on immigration law. With extensive experience in this field, Johanny has represented hundreds of clients in various legal and transactional aspects of U.S. immigration law, achieving significant successes in immigration courtrooms.
She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
