I reached out to multiple attorneys via my employer’s legal plan for a traffic citation and Ms. Winokur’s office responded within hours on a weekend. Right away, they set the expectation that she handles her cases by dedicating time outside of business hours. This 'lawyer' is extremely unprofessional and rude. The only contact you have is with her assistants and not her, unless you complain and then she will call you back eventually.
