Anisley Tarragona

Anisley Tarragona’s practice centers on workplace disputes, informed in part through her prior experience representing management at a national labor and employment law firm. As a Founding Partner of BT Law Group, she handles a wide range of employment matters, including claims under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the ADA, FLSA, and FMLA. Her work also includes disputes involving employment agreements, non-compete provisions, and alleged breaches of contract. Born and raised in Cuba, she is fluent in Spanish and works with clients across Florida. 

In addition to her employment practice, Anisley has handled complex business disputes, including securities litigation, and has obtained meaningful results in high-stakes cases. She was included on the Florida Super Lawyers list in 2023 and 2024, after previously being named a “Rising Star.” She is also active in the legal community, including participation in the Cuban-American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association.
