Lana Cucchiella

Ms. Lana Cucchiella is a graduate of Emerson College and the University of Florida.  While pursuing her J.D., Lana earned a certificate in International and Comparative Law and served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy at the Levin College of Law. She is licensed to practice before all Florida state courts, including all Florida appellate courts; and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Drawing from a lifetime of advocacy for civil liberties and social justice, she is especially at home working on cases involving search and seizure, public policy, and impact litigation.  With more than ten years at the The Law Offices of Grey and Mourin, Lana is responsible for the firm's criminal motions and appellate practice, and heads the firm's immigration division.
