My experience with Page Law Group was very disappointing. From the start of my immigration case, I provided all the documents they asked for, sometimes multiple times. Unfortunately, their assistant was unresponsive and not helpful. I felt I was doing all the work. After submitting everything, we wer...e told my husband didn’t have enough income to sponsor me, so we provided documents proving real estate assets, including official records from Michigan County. They kept saying the documents weren’t acceptable, without giving clear guidance. When I decided to stop the process, they still charged the full5,000 dollars even though very little work had been done. I felt this was unfair and they refused to reduce or waive any fees. Later, after I had returned to Europe, I contacted the firm again because I needed help filing an I-601 waiver. I explained that I had already paid 5,000 dollars previously and asked if they could assist, uh perhaps at a reduced fee due to my previous experience. They declined and said I would have to pay their full fees again. I felt completely ignored and unsupported. The only time I received a prompt call back was after my husband mentioned we were thinking of leaving a negative review. Even then, nothing practical was resolved. Overall, I found the firm lacking in empathy, communication, and commitment to helping their clients. I cannot recommend them.
