First , you should look a see that I went thur several “ lawyers” before I got a young man to actually shows interest. But when we did the first tella-conference the insurance company showed up 3 piece suits and my lawyer is Friday casual. They asked me the same question 200 different ways and got ...basically nowhere. The second and last tells-conference was a repeat performance of both sides an I got threatened by the insurance lawyer to sue me 20,000 grand i think. I was so upset and then my young lawyer told me that we have nothing better and take the 10,000 grand and he won’t charge me. Morgan law took 5,000 an sent me the balance, when i looked over the bill I noticed that when Morgan sent the appraisal person, he missed a lot of things and had to come an reappraised the property again. A they charged me twice!!! I realized the property damage was around 50-75,000 grand. But sir after a year an 3 lawyers i lost a building that was destroyed by a rental property trees growing to close my block wall. So please sir, I’m out a 15’x30’ one room block bbq. 50,000 minus the 10,00 grand that I had to spilt with you guys…. Morgan Law… an they made me sign something that I can never bring this up again. Louis was very respectful, listened to my concerns and worked with me to resolve my issues with the insurance company that was giving us a very hard time with roof damage coverage due to the hurricane.
