Mr. Ferris kept me apprised every step of the way and worked with great fervor, even throughout the holidays to bring closure to my case. I also greatly appreciated his no-nonsense and no mumbo jumbo directness and deme...anor. His assistant, Jose Diemer, was also extremely helpful by communicating immediately and providing assistance with required documents.
