Percy was referred to me by a good friend of mine. I was hesitant at first because often most attorneys string you along for years and don't work on your file. It took exactly one year for my malpractice case to be resolved and throughout that time he let me know of all his communications with the ho...spital in regards to my case. He was always available on his cell phone even on the weekends. Unlike my friend who actually went to trial with Percy and won, he was able to resolve my case without having to go to trial for a seven figure sum. Percy defended my son against a drug trafficking charge about 5 years ago. It was a very serious charge, but Percy fought for my son until the end and he ended up doing time served and some probation. not only is he a damn good lawyer, most importantly he fights with conviction and with his heart. ... He is not a soulless attorney as others out. He gets the best results because of this attribute. After my son got out of this mess he turned his life around, stopped doing drugs, and owns his own company. Unfortunately, I do not understand why Mr. Martine took my case since it is a homeowners insurance once and maybe it is not his speciality! Truth we had Covid, truth the courts were closed but it is almost impossible to talk to him or somebody in his team even if you are having an urgent matter re...lated to the case. I have had to sit for hours in his waiting room in order for him to attend my case after numerous phone calls and emails. In my opinion he lacks courtesy or more people in his team that can answer issues in small cases foe him but big for the person that is facing it. I will not recommend you to retain his services unless it is one of his specialities.
