Nick Joya

Nick Joya serves as President and Founding Attorney of Joya Injury Law, where he leads a team dedicated to securing fair compensation for personal injury victims throughout Florida. He graduated with honors in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2008 and earned his law degree from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, he was an active member of the immigration clinic and clerked for Judge Jose Rodriguez. Nick’s international experience—having lived in Argentina—enriched his appreciation for different legal systems and enhanced his cultural competency. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he brings a unique perspective and strong communication skills to every case.
