Leonardo H Da Silva II

I am a Partner with Alvarez, Carbonell, Feltman & Da Silva, P.L. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida where I attended Florida Christian Preparatory High School. Upon graduating, I attended Florida International University and received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, obtaining a double major in Finance and International Business. Accolades include Dean’s List, International Business Honors Society, and the Financial Management Honor’s Society.

I went on to law school where, during my first year of study, I ranked in the top 5th percentile of my class and was the proud recipient of the Cuban American Bar Association At-Large Scholarship and various other scholastic awards. I concluded my legal education at the University of Miami School of Law, where I achieved academic success, participated in the nationally acclaimed litigation skills program and was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review.

I practice primarily with the Firm’s civil litigation division, which focuses on complex civil cases involving: nationwide insurance claims, consumer and commercial fraud, intellectual property, construction litigation, class actions, business torts, contract litigation and appeals. I also cater to victims and their families on matters relating to wrongful death, catastrophic injury and victim abuse.

I am licensed to practice law in all circuit courts throughout the State of Florida and the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts.
