My husband and I were renters and when our landlord went into foreclosure we immediately became interested in purchasing the property. After several months of negotiating with the bank we decided to let go of the deal and instead look for another home. Right away Jerry referred us to his mortgage broker and realtor who were both highly recommended and informative. Because of Jerry's experience, professionalism and diligence we were able to close on a house in less than a month.
