Ivan Asencion

Ivan Asencion is an Associate Attorney with Pacin and Levine, P.A., who passionately advocates on behalf of his clients in the area of Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Protection (PIP).

Ivan earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law, while there interning for Judge Stephen Millan in the Eleventh Circuit. Upon graduation, Ivan was recognized by local newspapers as well as by St. Thomas Law School for his pro bono representation of people of different nationalities throughout South Florida.

Ivan is also a member of CABA “Cuban American Bar Association” St Thomas Student Chapter, HALSA “Hispanic American Law Students Association,” and Florida Young Lawyer Division.

Ivan was born in Cuba, but as well as a long generation of Cuban immigrants Miami became his home at the age of thirteen. He attended local schools where he played baseball all the way to college before leaving the sport to pursue his passion in the legal field. While attending law school, he met his wife whom he enjoys spending his free time with. Ivan is a devoted Miami Heat and New York Yankees fan.
