Replied last July 25, 2014This client's review is incomplete, incorrect and inaccurate. The clients’ chosen chiropractor’s "treatment" seemed to be calculated more to exhausting their automobile insurance benefits than for actually diagnosing and treating injuries and the chiropractor refused to send them for MRI’s until they had, in his words, "finished more treatment." After their treatments were finalized their chiropractor delayed in giving us the majority of the medical records and bills but flat-out refused to provide us with the MRI information that had apparently finally been performed. The chiropractor's office implied that they would only produce the records if the patient/client discharged my office and switched to an attorney near their Pinecrest location. The clients then changed attorneys. I was in contact with the clients on a daily basis with regard to the development of their claim. My office bent over backwards in order to expeditiously and ethically represent their interests and I stand by our actions with regard to their representation. All we can do is advise our clients to seek out ethical medical professionals who put their patient's best medical interests before their own financial interests. This client is obviously unhappy with the outcome he obtained from his new attorney with regard to his accident but I cannot answer for any promises were made to him after he discharged us.
