Gil Rogelio Brito

I am an artist from Europe and have been living in the US since 2012 after my 0-1 visa was approved for 3 years and then renewed for 1 year, I had hired attorney Gil Rogelio Brito because he was recommended to me by a TV on camera host I had hosted a show with in London UK. He was very smiley and ni...ce on the skype consultation but then it did take him a long time to prepare the papers for my first O-1 visa, nothing was clear, I felt that I had to prepare everything myself, in the end I did get my visa but today as of October 13 2016 I have been stuck in Vancouver for 1 month, then I am now in Mexico because attorney Gil Rogelio Brito has not prepared my new O-1 visa properly, working with him on my new O-1 visa petition has been an awful experience, I always had to deal with students or secretaries that never knew what we were talking about, they could not even pronounce my name on the phone, the level of service had totally collapsed. He simply copy pasted my old file and made something new with some old papers, he did not use the new documents I sent him, everything was messy and awful, as a result, he agreed for me to only pay half the fee, after I had to call another attorney to have him telling me that what attorney Gil Rogelio Brito was not professional at all and that it could really ruin my chances to get my petition approved on time. My petition was approved, however, once I set up an appointment at the US consulate in Vancouver, I was received by a dreadful officier who denied my visa after making me wait for a month, attorney Gil Rogelio Brito ditched me completely like a piece of crap and said my case was losed and that he would not help me. After Vancouver, I flew to Mexico to relax and to take the time to find another attorney. Meanwhile, I have done nothing wrong, I am stuck away from home in West Hollywood, I am unable to work with all my clients in LA, the whole story is humiliating. He should have never ditched me like that and I need to fix my situation at the moment with a new attorney so I can return home, but meanwhile, I will contact the Florida bar association so they can enquire about his practice and methods. Also I have noticed that attorney Gil Rogelio Brito was using different marketing companies, so they would post positive reviews for the firm on google, just check all the positive reviews on google, and then find the writers on linked in , you will notice that they all live round the block from his firm and that they all work in marketing and social networking in Miami, isn't that a weird coincidence coming from foreign clients who would use him as their "immigration attorney" . I'm guttered by immigration lawyers like Gil Rogelio Brito, by the way they use people like me to make tons of money, do a poor job and leave me like that, taking advantage of the situation. He did play with my life, and ruined it right now, and really he has no idea of the stress I have been through and the impact of his bad work on my career. If I had known better, I would have never hired him.
