Ernesto Martinez Jr.

Since 1987, Ernesto Martinez, Jr. has been delivering professional legal and financial guidance in taxation, estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and inheritance. His dual credentials as a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) allow him to offer clients a well-rounded and strategic approach to their legal needs. Mr. Martinez is a member of The Florida Bar and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He actively engages in The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and its Elder Law Section, and is a respected member of the American Academy of Attorney-CPAs. He earned his Master’s Degree in Taxation from Florida International University, a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami. At UM, Mr. Martinez was honored as a Henry King Stanford Scholar and received a Certificate of Excellence, along with membership in several honor societies in accounting and business.
