Diane Patricia Perez

Diane P. Perez has spent her career in the thick of labor and employment law, and she brings that experience to every case, whether she’s advising behind the scenes or litigating when a dispute can’t be resolved. She is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar, a credential held by a small number of attorneys and one that reflects deep experience and peer recognition. Diane is a second-generation Cuban American and a lifelong South Floridian, and her practice serves clients across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach in courts and before agencies at every level. She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with High Honors and began her career at national employment firms, where she handled management-side matters and learned how employers evaluate risk and make decisions—insight she now uses to help clients on both sides of the table. Diane also stays active in the profession through bar leadership, committee work, and speaking engagements, including presentations for legal and professional organizations and the American Bar Association.
