The first thing I noticed were grammatical errors on this lawyers website, such as the H1 tag on his home page. This made me concerned any court filings or letters would not be well written. It also appears he changes the appearance of photos on his website by lightening certain aspects. As a proud, ...hardworking Cuban American I found this to be a little concerning and created a bit of a credibility concern for me. I also noticed he runs his office out of a co-working space in order to market a Coral Gables address which caused concern whether the firm has resources to pursue a complex claim such as mine. I was involved in a bicycle accident and knew it would be a tough case so I spoke with a few attorneys. Daniel Martinez seemed mostly focused on the financial aspects and asked how quickly I'd be willing to settle which was a yellow flag. When I asked about specific similar cases he's handled and outcomes both in settlement and at trial he became defensive and provided non-responsive answers. The relationship between attorney and client is sacrosanct and one of the most important decisions one will make. I do not recommend Daniel Martinez, attorney from Coral Gables.
