Mr. Celaya earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. While at the University of Miami School of Law, he joined the International and Comparative Law Review as an editor, the University of Miami's Immigration Clinic as a legal intern, and the Professional Responsibility & Ethics Program as a Dean's Fellow.
