Biography
Andy W. Acosta graduated from the University of Miami prior to obtaining his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 1993. He practices exclusively in the area of marital and family law at both the trial and appellate level. He has been in the area of marital and family law since 1994 when he started working with the Family Division of the Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County.
It is his philosophy to treat every client with the same care and respect that he would want for a member of his family. His goal is to assist the client through the divorce process and to achieve a successful financial outcome as well emotional health for the new family unit. Andy has been with Perez-Abreu & Martin-Lavielle, P.A. since 1998. He was born and raised in Miami, but enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures. As a son of Cuban immigrants, he is fluent in English and Spanish.
