David Scott Kuczenski

Attorney David S. Kuczenski is deeply committed to recovering money for those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others and for home-owners and medical-care providers who are in disputes with insurance companies.

David graduated cum laude from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and international affairs. While attending Florida State, he worked in the Florida Legislature for 7 years, including clerking for a Florida State Senator, and advocating for clients in government relations. David studied law at Nova Southeastern University School of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2000. He joined the legal team of Schrier Law Group in 2002, fiercely advocating for the interests of the injured and for insurance consumers.

During the course of a successful law career, David has negotiated multi-million-dollar settlements against insurance companies, on behalf of his clients. Respected by judges for careful legal reasoning and careful preparation, David is also frequently sought out for advice on the intricate details of Florida's motor-vehicle insurance law.

David is currently President of the Sunshine Ranches Homeowners Association, protecting the rural and residential nature of his Town of Southwest Ranches neighborhood. He enjoys spending time with his family and 4 dogs.
