Michael Perry Mirer

Attorney Mirer assisted me in vacating a 20 year old involuntary plea that I took on a 3rd degree felony drug charge (2004) while I was in my last semester at FIU with a questionable search seizure that was nothing less than a thorn in my side which caused me great pain and suffering over the years ...and with my career. I was facing a 25 year mandatory sentence. I had an attorney I used prior, but the severity of the current case warranted a second opinion, and I needed reassurance of the cases current direction. All I can say is God lead me to Michael. From the very beginning Michael was willing to speak with me f...reely without commitment. In 2007, I plead guilty of resisting the arrest with battery/leo/cor/fire at that time I didn't know that if you are not American citizen and you plead guilty of that kind of charge, you will be inadmissible of the immigration law. In 2012 I was trying to apply to my green card, I went to the immigra...tion lawyer he review my case and background, he told me that because the record I have, I was no able to apply to my card instead I was going to be in remove process by the immigration law, that the only way, was going back to the court where I plead guilty, I start to look for an attorney in Miami dade county to try to reopen my case, I visit it at lease 5 lawyers, I remember one of them told me that I was no be able to open the case, because the case it's been over two years old since they closed the case, other was trying to charge me to much prices that I can even effort, I was about to give up I look by internet and I found Michael Mirer Law office, I called them, they let me to talk to Mr. Mirer I give them my case number and after he review the case he told me that he's going to try and I hire him.After one year he was able to vacated my sentence. He didn't promise me anything but he promised me that he's going to do his best.
