Biography
My career includes litigation, both in the corporate world and as a federal prosecutor for the Department of Justice. During my twenty-five years as a Federal Immigration Judge, I presided over thousands of cases and ruled expertly on complex immigration matters.
My keen litigation and unique Immigration Court insight enables me to represent foreign nationals in all aspects of Immigration and Nationality law. I focus on complex litigation matters in asylum, removal proceedings, adjustment of status, waivers and other forms of deportation relief as well as criminal issues, residency petitions, and family petitions.
I represent clients in all United States Immigration Courts as well as the US Circuit Court for the 11th District.
