Zachary Potter

Mr. Potter is one of two managing partners of RFB + Fisher Potter Hodas. His services as a litigator are typically sought for his ability to turn around large, complex cases that began on the wrong path and face long odds going forward. Mr. Potter accepts only a few cases at a time, turning down far more than he takes on. The complexity of the case, the justice of the client's cause, and the values the client seeks to vindicate are the most important factors in his case selection.

Prior to focusing on family law, Mr. Potter was a partner at a large commercial litigation firm. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and Princeton University and a former federal law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
