Xingjian Zhao

Xingjian (Jeff) Zhao is an experienced multilingual, U.S.-licensed international attorney whose core practice focuses on dispute resolution, including complex commercial litigation, appeals, and arbitration involving multinational entities and cross-border issues.  Prior to joining Diaz Reus in 2010, Jeff served as a law clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division in Washington DC, and earlier, as an immigration and foreign affairs liaison for U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton at her New York City office.

赵行健律师作为美国达瑞律师事务所的中英双语律师，在复杂商业诉讼、上诉（包括仲裁上诉）、跨境贸易及国际贸易纠纷解决方面有着多年的经验。他曾于2006年协助希拉里·克林顿驻纽约联邦参议院办公室处理外交及移民事务并于2010年在美国司法部实习。赵行健律师现常驻达瑞律师事务所驻上海代表处。
