Biography
I am an attorney who transitioned into real estate brokerage. I represent tenants in lease negotaitions for office, retail and industrial space. Many of my clients are law firms. I have represented some of the largest law firms in South Florida with their office space requirements.
I also handle investment sales.
I am still an attorney with active membership with the Florida Bar and also handle Intellectual Property related matters (mostly trademark registrations) with my father who is a board certified IP lawyer with his own firm.
I am involved in many local organizations and volunteer my time with the Dade County Bar Association, the Jewish Federation, and real estate related organizations.
I have a background in PR and marketing that comes in very handy in my current profession where I am involved in business development as well as handling the day to day business of our lease and sale transactions.
