I handle complex business litigation, including class actions and multi-district litigation. As a result, I have argued numerous cases before Florida’s state and federal trial and appellate courts. For example, in June 2008, I persuaded a Florida trial court to deny class certification to a group of claimants alleging fraud by a national corporation on the grounds that the costs of notice and administration of such a class would have been disproportionate to the damages claimed.

I have extensive experience dealing with state and federal agencies. I recently represented an insurance company in a week long formal administrative proceeding that resulted in a final order granting the company’s previously denied application for a certificate to do business in the State. I presently represent entities that are being investigated by various regulatory agencies, including particularly the Florida Attorney General's Office.
