Robert Michael Stein

Clients trust me to efficiently and effectively handle corporate and securities-related disputes, provide advice on complex transactions, and represent them in connection with other commercial matters.  I also have experience representing clients with respect to real estate disputes, including governmental takings and related actions. 

Among others, I represent business entities, their officers and directors, entrepreneurs, joint venturers, real estate developers, inventors, professional practices, land owners, title insurance companies, and commercial landlords and tenants.  I have significant experience representing clients in Florida state courts, federal courts around the country, and in private and FINRA arbitrations.  With my grasp of commercial transactions and securities, I provide advice on structure, governance, and finance of corporate, securities, and real estate transactions. I also provide evaluation of business opportunities by conducting complex due diligence and legal risk analysis.

I am licensed to practice in all Florida state and federal courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Louisiana State Courts, and the Eastern District of Louisiana.  I also have extensive experience with mediation and negotiation, giving me insight into a full spectrum of tools to solve clients’ problems.
