My experience with Prince Alex and the receptionist Belkys Guillen was a masterclass in unprofessionalism and blatant... disrespect. The red flags were immediate. They scheduled a conference call to discuss my case, but the very first thing they did was demand a retainer before even listening to what I had to say. They had zero interest in the merits of the case; they just wanted the money upfront. Despite this, they had me give a 45 minute presentation on the facts. I spent my own time and expense sending over evidentiary documentation, only to be completely blown off. They treated my time as a free resource they could squander while they blew smoke and offered zero follow-through. The incompetence is across the board: * Prince Alex: This individual has no decipherable expertise. He is a blowhard who is more interested in predatory billing than actually practicing law. To demand a full presentation and then vanish is the height of professional dishonesty. * Belkys Guillen: The reception is just as bad. I spent an extraordinary amount of time just trying to confirm they received my documents. I was put on hold repeatedly and treated with a level of disrespect that is unacceptable for any professional office. This firm is dishonest, manipulative, and incompetent. They have no shred of professional integrity and will do nothing but waste your time and lie to you. There are plenty of reputable law firms in the world, but this is not one of them. Avoid this place like the plague.
