Melanie Trogolo

Melanie Trogolo is a Senior Associate Attorney at Shipkevich PLLC’s Miami Office. Her practice focuses on litigation, alternative-dispute resolution, and transactional matters.

As the daughter of an attorney and a businessman, Melanie always had an interest in the law and an appreciation for business. Throughout her career, Melanie has garnered extensive experience in representing businesses and individuals in hundreds of civil matters.

Melanie also served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida where she defended thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases. While serving in this role, Melanie was truly able to sharpen her litigation skills, having tried over 10 trials, both jury and non-jury, to verdict.

What Melanie truly enjoys the most about her practice is getting to know her clients’ businesses in order to fortify their corporate structure and to assist them in efficiently avoiding and resolving legal disputes.
