I'm a civil trial lawyer in Miami, with a focus on personal injury, sexual abuse and harassment, medical malpractice, employment, consumer protection, and business litigation. Over nearly two decades, I've litigated and tried cases to verdict in federal court, state court, and arbitration, securing favorable and multi-million dollar outcomes for my clients.

I started out on the other side, defending big corporations at an international firm. Then I clerked for three federal judges in the Southern District of Florida. I learned how judges consider cases, how institutions build their cases and wear people down, and where those cases break. That's what I bring to my clients' cases now.
