Mark A Schweikert

Mark Schweikert is an accomplished trial lawyer with extensive experience prosecuting and defending complex civil cases in domestic and international arbitrations and federal and state courts. He has successfully represented individuals and businesses in a broad array of consumer, sexual abuse, employment, commercial and class action litigation. As the principal of Schweikert Law PLLC, Mark remains dedicated to enforcing the rule of law, holding wrongdoers accountable, and winning meaningful relief for his clients.

Before founding his firm, Mark was a partner in a litigation boutique in Miami. He also previously clerked for three federal judges in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He initially began his career with an international law firm representing individuals and Fortune 500 businesses in high-stakes domestic and international litigation.

In his spare time, Mark has enjoyed participating in the Southern District of Florida’s volunteer lawyer program, serving as a Special Assistant Public Defender with the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office, and volunteering with Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. Aside from his law practice, Mark is an avid sports fan and an amateur musician. A native of Michigan, Mark has lived and worked in Germany, Italy, and Japan, but is happy to call Miami home.
