Kendra S. Blandon

Kendra Blandon is an immigration defense attorney who defends the civil and human rights of violence, abuse, and torture survivors as they seek asylum. She helps loving families rebuild their lives and stay together in the United States. She represents immigrants nationwide before USCIS, the immigration courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Before going into private practice, Ms. Blandon worked at the cutting-edge Amica Center for Immigrant Rights’ Immigration Impact Lab, where she represented detained immigrants, appealed wrongful denials, and fought to reunite families torn apart by detention. She conducts Know Your Rights presentations for community groups and volunteers with Migrant Solidarity Mutual Aid. 

Ms. Blandon is licensed to practice in D.C., Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Circuits. She represents clients nationwide at Immigration Courts, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
