Biography
Jose I. Rojas is a founding partner of RojasLaw in Miami. He has practiced since 1981, trying and resolving complex business disputes, intellectual property cases (trademark, copyright, trade secret, and trade dress), technology matters, professional liability claims, and insurance coverage disputes in Florida state courts and in federal courts across the country. He also counsels clients on intellectual property, franchising, licensing, and international business matters, and works in English and Spanish.
He is admitted in Florida and to the Supreme Court of the United States, the Eighth, Eleventh, and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the District of Idaho. He chairs the Trademark Committee of the Federal Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section and serves as a Vice Chair of both the Commercial Litigation Section and the Intellectual Property Section of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
