Jana Terez Chebat

Renowned for her dedication and tireless work ethic, Jana Chebat is a leading attorney in South Florida with extensive experience in severe personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and wrongful death cases. Beginning her career at Goldberg & Rosen as a law clerk, Jana simultaneously studied for the bar and worked full-time, showcasing her commitment to excellence. Her advocacy is personal and passionate, driven by a genuine connection to her clients' struggles. Raised in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Jana graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School and later from Florida International University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Pursuing further education, she obtained a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University, starting her legal career as a paralegal before attending Loyola University College of Law in New Orleans. Her clerkship with Chief Magistrate Judge John J. O'Sullivan and internship with the Endress + Hauser Group in Switzerland enriched her diverse legal experience.
